Does the great commi$$ion say, "collect a $alary and then preach...?
Does it say, "buildeth great luxurious building$ on lavish fine trimmed land$, then preach..."?
It says neither of those things...
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. Mark 16:15 KJB
That being the case, what building program does God approve of?
We've all heard them, the 'pastor' gathers the congregation together to 'pray' about a building program.
They seek 'God's will and guidance' in the matter. (ignoring His will and guidance put forth, here... Mark 16:15)
So, OBVIOUSLY, because of the tremendous number of 'church buildings' in every neighborhood, He approves all 'building programs,'
Si?
NO.
Pastor, brethren, members of the assembly, the great commission stands AS IS!
His focus is on preaching the Gospel of Christ to every creature on the PLANET!
Most all of the assemblies of 'believers' has a missionary program.
They may have 2 or 3 missionaries out in the field. Some more, some - NONE.
But, beloved, IF all the luxurious buildings and lavish fine trimmed lands were $OLD
for the multiple mega millions they would bring,
could not each of these 'assemblies of believers' have 2 or 3 HUNDRED missionaries in the field?
So, whose building programs do you reckon God ACTUALLY approved of?
According to Mark 16:15, that would be exactly NONE OF THEM!
Si?
And just to help with God's 'approved' building plan 'pastor' will preach that the TITHE belongeth to the LORD!!!
And he'll put a sign up outside that says "everyone is welcome" (to come in and contribute to the 'approved' building plan)
Every dollar helps.
Nevermind that he's inviting unbelievers into the assembly of BELIEVERS. Nevermind that, he needs the $$$$
